KentuckianaWorks is the Workforce Development Board for the Louisville region, which includes Bullitt, Henry, Jefferson, Oldham, Shelby, Spencer, and Trimble counties. KentuckianaWorks helps job seekers find jobs and good careers, education and training, and employers meet their workforce needs by connecting them with skilled, qualified employees.
